Want to see what it’s like to go on a 6 day Western Caribbean Cruise on Carnival Vista?

Check out our Carnival Vista video below as we show you the highlights of our recent Carnival Cruise to the Caribbean Islands on the newest Carnival Cruise ship – and largest Carnival Cruise ship!

After departing from Miami, our Carnival Vista itinerary included stops at Ocho Rios in Jamaica, the Grand Caymans and Cozumel, plus two FUN days at sea. This Carnival Vista cruise was our 3rd ever family cruise and we loved it – there is so much to do on this ship.

Before departing I thought that a 6 day Caribbean Cruise would be long enough, but honestly, I could cruise for 10 days and not get bored on the Vista!

Watch the video below, or watch it over on our YouTube channel here.

  1. It’s taken me some time to make peace with the fact that I can’t see everything or go everywhere in the world – not in terms of countries, but in terms of ‘everywhere’ in a country. I identify with your travel style, and can’t wait to go back to the countries I’ve absolutely loved, Italy being one of them. I live in India, and could practically spend an entire lifetime exploring my own country’s shores!

  2. Hello- I am also a solo traveler, and I find that people really love to talk about themselves when invited to do so. Or if you would like to create a new topic to get to know someone better, you could use some random objects and ask them how they could be used. An example follows: take some string, a couple pieces of paper, and some other random material and pose some question like “I wonder what we could make with this?” I know it sounds childish, (and really, it is- hahah) but I have personally done this sort of activity and it has created some pretty funny experiences and relaxed people into sharing more about themselves. I hope this helps 🙂 happy traveling!!

  3. I just found your blog and i love it! I’m going to travel by train this summer, for the first time outside Holland, with a train. Norway is on my wishlist, with the car and train, on the highest place. But i’m going to Italy! I love it. Cinque terre is part of the trip 🙂 Great list!
